National Retail Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Retail Manager with strong entrepreneurial skills, to lead a dedicated retail team managing 50 retail stores nation-wide and to drive the sustainable growth of the Red Cross retail business.

This role will be based in either Auckland or Wellington.

The National Retail Manager is responsible for:

  • The implementation of the NZRC Retail Strategy and driving the growth of the Retail business.
  • Providing leadership to two regional Retail Sales and Services Managers who each manage an area of the retail network.
  • Developing external business relationships centred on growing donations.
  • Ensuring NZRC members, branches, and staff are an integral part of the NZRC Retail Network.
