Database and Supporter Care Manager

New Zealand Red Cross is looking to recruit an experienced Database and Supporter Care Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the integrity and effectiveness of the New Zealand Red Cross' fundraising database in order to maximise the lifetime value of donors
  • Ensure best practice in donation handling and fulfilment, data processing / management and supporter care
  • Carry out analysis and make recommendations for the fundraising campaigns to maximise income
  • Manage the database and supporter care staff
  • Ensure that data from all fundraising appeals are entered and processed as quickly and as efficiently as possible, increasing the confidence level of campaign reports and analysis
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall National Fundraising Strategy.
